Cookie policy
What cookies we use and why. No tracking, no behavioural advertising, only anonymised analytics.
Last updated: 1 April 2026.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website can ask your browser to store on your device. They are widely used to make websites work, to remember preferences, and to help a site owner understand how the site is being used.
What cookies this website uses
We try to keep this short because there is not much to declare. This website uses two categories of cookies only.
Strictly necessary cookies
Used only when you submit an enquiry form or interact with secure areas of the site. These cookies carry session and security tokens so the form can validate correctly and protect against cross-site request forgery. They expire at the end of your browser session.
- Session cookie. Purpose: secure form submission. Expires: end of session.
- CSRF token cookie. Purpose: cross-site request forgery protection. Expires: end of session.
These cookies do not require consent under UK cookie law because they are strictly necessary to deliver a service you have actively requested.
Analytics cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site, so we can improve it. We have configured Google Analytics to anonymise IP addresses and to disable behavioural advertising features. We do not use Google Analytics to identify individuals.
- _ga and related Google Analytics cookies. Purpose: anonymised usage statistics. Expires: up to 2 years, per Google defaults.
You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by disabling analytics cookies in the consent banner on your first visit to this site.
What we do not use
We do not use tracking pixels, third-party advertising cookies, social media cookies, retargeting cookies, or behavioural profiling tools. We do not embed third-party scripts that load cookies without explicit consent.
How to control cookies
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Every major browser lets you block cookies, delete existing cookies, or set exceptions for specific sites. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent the enquiry form from working.
Instructions for the main browsers:
Changes to this policy
If we add any new cookies or third-party scripts to the site, we will update this policy and, where required by law, ask for your consent before the new cookies are set. The effective date at the top of the page will always reflect the latest version.
